The terms that govern use of the GPRCC website, registry and applicant portal.
1. Who we are
This website presents the Global Publishing Rights & Compliance Council (“GPRCC”), a proposed international standards, registry and compliance framework currently at the Consultation institutional mode. No operating entity, government body or intergovernmental organization has assumed formal authority over GPRCC.
2. Nature of services
GPRCC provides review, case-tracking, registry and monitoring concepts for consultation purposes. Nothing on this website creates, registers or transfers any copyright, trademark or other statutory right, and nothing here is legal advice.
3. Optional participation
Participation in any GPRCC program shown here is voluntary. No publisher, retailer, distributor, government or authority requires a GPRCC record in order to publish.
4. Fees
The initial application and standards-intake stages have no fee. If a record is placed On Hold, one completion-verification fee is quoted for each affected program before the single completion submission. Payment never guarantees an outcome. Any completion-verification fee must be quoted in writing before the single submission. Payment does not guarantee an outcome.
5. Registry records
Public registry pages show only the fields authorized for publication. Records reflect status at the date shown and may change on revalidation, corrective action, decline, disapproval, reconsideration or completion.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent a GPRCC record as governmental, UN-system or regulator approval, scrape the registry, or attempt to access another applicant's data.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GPRCC is not liable for third-party conduct, platform decisions or legal outcomes.
8. Governing law
No governing jurisdiction or operating legal entity is identified for this consultation website. These pages do not establish contractual terms or select a governing law. That information must be published if an operating service is established.
